This Privacy Policy has been developed aiming at safeguarding the confidentiality, privacy and protection of personal data from visitors to this website and users of our services, protecting such information from losses, inappropriate use, unauthorized access, alteration and destruction. Website Tabmedia’s institutional website (www.tab.media) has only one form for direct contact with the Commercial department. The information received (Name, Email and Phone Number) will be used solely and exclusively to make commercial contacts. Under no circumstance will such information be sold or delivered to company partners. When you visit our website, a cookie is placed in your browser through the Google Analytics software, to identify how often you return to our website. Information such as IP address, geographic location, reference source, type of browser, duration of visit and pages viewed is collected anonymously. Apps Tabmedia currently offers apps developed for the Android, iOS and Windows 8 platforms. On both apps, the user only needs to enter his/her username and password, which are created by companies that hire Tabmedia. The information used in the user registration (Name, Email, Position, Industry) is provided by hiring companies and stored in Tabmedia database. Such information is used with the sole purpose of controlling access to the platform, and under no circumstance will such information be sold or delivered to company partners. For statistic control of the app use, information on menu browsing and system screen, as well as basic information on the device used (Model, Operating System, Type of Internet connection, etc.), is stored. This information is stored in our database and becomes available as a report to contracting companies. The user is aware and agrees that the information collected will be used for the following purposes: (a) informing about new contents, news and events; (b) updating contact information; (c) optimizing the usability and interactive experience while the user browses the Site; (d) developing general statistics, without identifying the users; (e) answering doubts and requests from the users; and (f) following legal or court requirements. We also hold ourselves the right to use such records individually, in case of investigation of civil or criminal illicit acts, especially when there is suspicion of fraud, attack from hackers, changes in the system, or undue access to protected information and registration info from other users. When deciding to provide his/her data, the user declares to be aware and accept the terms of this Policy.

2. Safekeeping and Responsibility for the Information Collected

Any information provided by the users will be obtained and stored according to the strictest safety and reliability standards. We will focus our best efforts in maintaining the integrity of the information provided to us, which is why we do not hold ourselves responsible for damages resulting from its access and/or use by foreign third parties. 3. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for keeping his/her password and access login. The use of obvious passwords, such as special dates, names or number sequences, is not recommended. If the user becomes aware or simply suspects that his/her password was discovered, he/she must change it in his/her registration page.

All transactions for login, download and upload of contents conducted at the Tabmedia platform are executed with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that personal data from the client is never disclosed. Additionally, this technology aims at preventing information from being transmitted or accessed by third parties. It is important that the client protects his/her information from unauthorized access to his/her computer, account or password. The client must make sure to always click “exit” when ending the navigation on a shared computer. Tabmedia warns all clients that it will never send electronic messages requesting data confirmation or sending attachments that can be executed (extensions: .exe, .com, among others), or also links for eventual downloads.

5. About use of information provided by our clients

Tabmedia offers its clients, through its platform, tools for publishing and sending different contents to their users. These contents are not controlled by Tabmedia and the contracting companies are the sole and exclusive responsible for them.
